As outlined in our Terms of Service, our support team has default administrative access to your account. This access is used strictly for troubleshooting and consultation purposes, and all staff are bound by strict confidentiality obligations.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through a notification in the ERP dashboard.
